Nothing Like Coincidence In The Kingdom
There are people who believe in coincidences and always say “what a coincidence” whenever something happens. After reading this you will come to understand that there is nothing like coincidence in the Kingdom. As a matter of fact nothing happens to you by accident when you have God in your life. Even a “chance” meeting with someone is part of His plan to set in motion His blessings in your life.
Many speak of Paul the Apostle as one of the greatest of all the Apostles even though he never saw Jesus physically. That maybe true but looking at the life of Paul, one should note that he was zealous for the spreading of the Gospel not only because he loved God but also because of his past escapades where he put to death all those who proclaimed to be Christians (Acts 9). Explaining it this way; if he took the life of Christians who were of God then the little he could do now that he had seen the light was to give life to those who are spiritually dead. Another example is how God divinely arranged the meeting of the Shunammite woman and Prophet Elisha which led to the prophet pronouncing the blessing of a miracle child over her life (2 Kings 4:8-17).
When God is the one orchestrating the events in your life, neither lack nor danger nor destruction can affect you. Who could have known that by the killing of Jesus Christ the devil was unleashing mayhem on himself and his own kingdom. The devil in his wisdom thought getting rid of Him was the best way to prevent Him from preaching the Good News but killing Him only got Him started. Looking at all these examples above, were they something that just happened? No, a thousand times no. There is nothing like coincidence in the Kingdom.
You may be going through a lot of hard times lately. It is said that bad things also happen to good people. In fact what we may consider bad is what God may consider a test that will bring you the testimony you desire (without a test there can never be a testimony) and the greater the test, the greater the testimony.
My beloved, are you going through pain and various adversities not knowing which way to turn to? I am here to tell you that God can also make all things beautiful in its time for you. All you need to do is to involve Him in your daily life and trust His love for you, and you too will see Him lead and place you at the right place at the right time to enjoy His blessings. So that at the end of it all you too can say that there is nothing like coincidence in the Kingdom.
