The Greatest Teacher Is In You
There are many who are confused and don’t know where to go for help. There are many who are lost of ideas to solving their problems. My question for you today is, “Do you know that the greatest teacher is in you?” This means that all the confusion and worries stop today.
If you are asking whom or where you can go to get the help you need, ask no more. Just turn to God who has already promised you the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom He has sent in Jesus’ name to dwell in you.
The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth will teach you all things. Yes, I mean all things! Do you really believe that the greatest teacher is in you and will teach you all things? Or maybe you believe that you seek God’s counsel only for spiritual things, but consult “professional” help for all other things in your life? That is how so many Christians think. They think God is only concerned about spiritual things and therefore there is no need to seek Him when it involves physical earthly things.
God does not want you to run to and rely on worldly wisdom. There is nothing wrong with going to see a doctor or lawyer, but God wants you to come to Him first for counsel and direction. That is why He has sent the Holy Spirit, the Counsellor (John 16:7, NIV), to teach you all things that pertain to life and godliness. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth and He will guide you into all truth (John 16:13).
Are you a student? The Holy Spirit will teach you all the things you need to know about your course and help you to pass with flying colours. Are you a businessman? The Holy Spirit will teach you about the various business ventures to enter in to make profit. He will guide you into making good decisions about investment so your profits swell up a hundred folds. Are you a scientist? The Holy Spirit will grant you the wisdom you need to bring out good inventions that will benefit the populace.
This is the very reason why you don’t have to rush into making any decision. Seek Him first about anything you want to do and He will assist you gladly. He wants to be a part of your day to day life and not only when it is related to your spirituality. He loves to take care of you. That is His responsibility and He does it with utmost perfection.
