Love Memory Verses (Part 2)
6 For you are a Holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth. 7 The Lord did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of peoples; 8 but because the Lord loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Deuteronomy 7:7-8
Sometimes many people think God loves them because they are special or unique. That is always what leads to pride resulting in a fall. In any case every person is unique in their own way because God never creates a duplicate. The truth is God is love and has chosen to love man. We are Children of God birthed from love and that is why it is our nature and command to love people. Any believer who cannot love is not walking in Him.
12 Then it shall come to pass, because you listen to these judgments, and keep and do them, that the Lord your God will keep with you the covenant and the mercy which He swore to your fathers. 13 And He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your fathers to give you.
Deuteronomy 7:12-13
The above and many more are the blessings that come with God’s love for you. This simply means that all that you set your hands on shall be blessed and will be a blessing to many others; this means you will walk in the over-flow of God’s supernatural provision. But note that this depends on obedience. The same way that your earthly father will give you all the good things of this earth when you are obedient to him, God will also give you all you need for a prosperous life if you will obey His commands for your life.
