Be Conscious of God’s Love

What about you are you more conscious of today? Are you conscious of your sins or the fact that you have been forgiven? This is least talked about but this really affect many people in the Church today. Many are focused on their sins that they end up in the same sins they are running away from. My beloved, don’t be conscious of your sins because sin consciousness will take you to hell for sure. Instead be conscious of Jesus and His finished work. The Lamb of God has taken away all your sins at the cross, so instead of focusing your sins be conscious of God’s love for you that has made it possible for you to be called a child of God.

No matter the extent of your atrocities, God wants you to know that because of Christ’s finished work, He will be merciful to your unrighteousness, and your sins and lawless deeds He will remember no more (Hebrews 8:12).

In fact, when you are sin-conscious, the devil brings in condemnation, and the more you receive it and condemn yourself, the more you will find yourself unforgiving toward yourself and even others. Sin-consciousness will let you live in sin, and heaven is not the place for people who live in sin

Sin-consciousness can keep you in ill-health and prevent you from getting your healing that you rightly deserve. Something happens when you believe that you are forgiven. It may not be seen with the physical eyes but it is very real. That is why God says to you, “I want you to believe that all your sins I will remember no more. I want you to believe that you are My child enjoying My mercy and that you can always count on My forgiveness.”

My beloved, remember that all your sins have already been paid for by Jesus on the cross. And the more you count on God’s love and forgiveness for you knowing that He does not condemn you, the more sin and its effects – sickness, hatred, lack, stress etc – will lose their grip on you. You will find yourself walking in a greater measure of God’s grace and blessings!
